Application Directions:

  • The deadline for scholarship applications is May 17, 2026 at 11:59 pm MST.
 
  • Requirements:
  1. A one-page essay explaining what mental health stigma and/or suicide prevention means to you. Ensure you provide examples of how you have helped reduce mental health stigma or have worked on suicide prevention within your community or school.
  2. Completed application form.
  • VERY IMPORTANT: After completing your application form, you are required to write a one-page essay explaining what reducing mental health stigma means to you, along with examples of how you have helped reduce mental health stigma within your community. Creativity will be taken into consideration by adding a video, poem, song, etc.
  • At least four students will be awarded this year.
